Shareaza PRO is a simple but powerful peer-to-peer client that allows users to search, download and share any media content on most p2p network protocols including eDonkey/eMule, Gnutella, Gnutella2, BitTorrent and others. The user interface is not very attractive (extremely colorful, which distracts you), but it is really intuitive and easy to use. A great thing about this program is its ability to detect failed or corrupted files, thus saving you a lot of time since your don't have to download and try to run the file to realize that. What is more, the program features one of the highest downloading speeds since it has the ability to simultaneously download files from multiple sources of any network. You can also use its built-in chat feature to talk with other users. Other capabilities of the application include previewing audio and video while downloading, automatically finishing incomplete downloads and so on. Moreover, this program is completely free. It supports Windows 98/XP/Vista. |
